Kinky Connections is a warm, playful evening designed to make that bit easier.

Alice will guide you through the evening, starting together before moving into group activities designed to get conversation flowing without putting anyone too firmly in the spotlight. The point isn’t to know everything. It’s to be curious, be yourself and meet other people doing the same. 

Then we’ll move into our speed rounds. You’ll meet people one-to-one, have a little time to chat, and decide whether the connection feels like **not for me, friend or maybe something more**. 

We’ll finish with time to mingle, reconnect with people you enjoyed meeting and let the evening carry on at a slightly more casual pace.

Join us for an afternoon of arts and kink in this brand new life drawing workshop.

Kink and Sketch is our inaugural artistic workshop, where we explore the sensuality of the human body through an artistic lens. In this intimate life drawing session, we will share some basic illustration techniques that will allow you to capture the enticing poses of our life models, and maybe open the doors for your own personal collection of kinky art!

Be you a seasoned artist wanting to share ideas and stretch your life drawing skills, or a beginner wanting to dip your toes into a new world of creativity, or simply just want to have a bit of artsy fun, we would love to see you there.

We’re welcoming all genders, body shapes and sizes and we’re encouraging you to come along with some kinky accessories that express your authentic kinky self. Full nudity is not required, but is very much welcomed - it is a life drawing class after all! We also have a variety of props you’re welcome to use as our house models for the afternoon. *I’m a self-taught artist who has studied concept art and illustration for over 25 years. I worked with small indie developers, South American game and animation studios, tattoo artists, and self-publishing authors.*

*My main focus is on fantasy art with a scientific/realistic approach, but I also love playing around with a more underground comic book style.*

For one night only, we’re inviting curious kinksters into an elaborate Halloween Celebration like no other. It’s time to summon your kinkiest self and celebrate your dark side as you explore a variety of rooms to discover the adventures of the spirit realm.

**The Hanged Man and The Art of Surrender**

&nbsp;

For our first circle, we meet The Hanged Man. Suspended upside down, caught between earth and sky, The Hanged Man occupies one of the strangest positions in the tarot. He is bound, but he does not appear to struggle. He is motionless, but his stillness is not necessarily stagnation. With the world inverted around him, he asks what might become visible when our usual ways of seeing, doing and controlling are interrupted.

&nbsp;

The Hanged Man invites us into the uncomfortable territory of surrender. What happens when we loosen our grip? When we cannot, or choose not to, push forwards? What is the difference between surrender and defeat, between passivity and the conscious decision to yield? Can giving up control itself become an act of agency?

&nbsp;

Through the lens of kink, these questions become particularly charged. Surrender can be chosen, negotiated, embodied and deeply intentional. The Hanged Man offers us an archetype through which to become curious about our own relationship with control and release, resistance and trust, tension and yielding.

&nbsp;

**What to expect:**

- **Arrival & Opening the Circle-** Grounding and arrival practice to establish the space and open the circle. 
- **Introducing the Kinky Tarot Circle Intentions-** A brief introduction to how we work with tarot: as an archetypal and symbolic language through which we can encounter different aspects of ourselves.
- **Meeting the Archetype-**Introduction to the tarot card at the centre of the session, exploring its imagery, symbolism, traditional meanings and wider archetypal themes.
- **Entering the Archetype-** A guided visualisation inviting participants to encounter the card experientially and imaginatively, followed by time for journaling, reflection and optional sharing.
- **Embodied Kink Exploration-** An embodied, kink-informed practice, exploring the central theme of the session through the body. 
- **Returning to the Card-** Participants return to the original tarot card after the embodied exploration. 
- **Integration & Closing Circle-** Journaling and optional group sharing to integrate the experience, followed by a closing practice to bring the circle to an intentional end.
