Join Sub in the City to welcome in the Kinkmas season with an afternoon/evening event featuring small kinky businesses selling their goods and services, interactive workshops, talks and demos and a cocktails & kink social to top off the event.

From handmade kinky toys to kinky products and services you won't want to miss, we've selected a variety of independent sellers to join us for a Kinkmas celebration in style a brand new Bournemouth location.

&nbsp;

From 4pm, you can pop along and enjoy a mulled wine on arrival, peruse the kinky market stalls and mingle with the local kink community. 

&nbsp;

We'll also have a variety of different spaces for you to be curious about kink, including our usual Dungeon area with Master Carlos, a rope jam area for Shibari lovers and much more.

&nbsp;

In these different spaces you'll be able to see demos and small workshops throughout the afternoon/evening to learn and experience a variety of kinky things!

Come and go as you please between 4 and 8pm. Last entry 8.30pm for evening social.

As the evening draws in we will have some performances in true cocktails & kink style!

This weekend is for couples or Dom/sub duos who are consciously exploring power exchange dynamics and wish to deepen their exploration. We welcome all experience levels, whether you’re just dipping your toes into the world of kink for the first time, or you’ve been exploring for a while, this weekend is designed to help you connect, communicate, explore and play in a fully immersive environment without the outside noise of every day life.

**Saturday**

  


We will kick off the weekend on Saturday morning with an opening cacao ceremony - our approach to kink is a conscious one, and this will allow us to set the scene and expectations for what will be an immersive weekend. 

  


We’ll then dive into understanding what *authentic* Dominance and submission looks like to you - not what you think it *should be*, not what you see in the movies or porn, but what *feels good* and *real* for you. This is also the time to explore what your biggest challenges are, where there might be any lingering resistance, and how to feel confident in communicating your desires to each other so you can build something that sets your souls on fire!

  


Next, we lay the foundations for the fun part - building your ultimate kinky scene! Whether you already have exciting playtime, or you’re stuck for inspiration, we’ll show you how to think outside the box when it comes to planning spicy scenes for play, and then guide you to create your own! 

  


Once you’re feeling warmed up, we’ll dive into some practical skills sessions, exploring Impact and Sensation Play. Whatever sensations you enjoy, this session is about understanding how to play with pain and pleasure in an erotic way that feels delicious for both of you. Watch a detailed live demo with Master Carlos and get hands-on guidance with a variety of tools that will invite you to get out of your head and into your body and really surrender. 

  


Saturday night you’ll be welcomed back to the Dungeon for our evening dungeon party where you can mix and mingle with other community members. Have a drink and a chat, and have the freedom to explore the dungeon further and practice what you’ve learnt that day. This evening event is a social and kink play only, it is not a sex party. 

  


**Sunday**

  


On Sunday, we dive into even more workshops to continue to build upon your dynamic, starting with creating rules, rituals and structure that are most suited to your style of Dominance and submission. Whether you see your dynamic as something you do in the bedroom only, or you’re looking to live it 24/7, this workshop will help you map out structure that feels realistic to your lifestyle and builds consistency. 

We’ll then give you some extra practical skills as our resident rope facilitator Talulah Teal will show you how you can use rope bondage to enhance your D/s scenes. You’ll be shown how to tie safely and in a way that explores rope as a sensation tool as much as a restraint tool. 

  


Adding this skill to your repertoire will give you a variety of different options to explore when it comes to building exciting BDSM Scenes. You’ll have some free time to explore these new skills and layer in everything else you’ve learnt too. 

  


As the weekend begins to draw to a close, we’ll start to wind down with an Aftercare workshop and session with our resident facilitator Alice Nan - we’ll explore what aftercare looks like and means to you, so you can continue to build your dynamic in a safe and nourishing way. 

  


We’ll end with a closing circle and Q&A to set you up for success when you go home.

**What is a Dungeon Party?**

The event is BYOB with a bar service, so our Dungeon Staff will label your drinks and serve you whenever you need a refill - simply go to the bar and request your drink! A small amount of soft drinks will be provided and snacks!

Join Sub in the City for an epic Halloween Party in collaboration with Ouija Escape Experiences, and step into *The Séance*, an immersive multi-floor and multi-room experience for those who are brave enough to step across the threshold and dance in the shadows with the spirits of the kink world.

For one night only, we’re inviting curious kinksters into an elaborate Halloween Celebration like no other. It’s time to summon your kinkiest self and celebrate your dark side as you explore a variety of rooms to discover the adventures of the spirit realm.   

Expect horror-themed rooms with experiential and kinky “happenings” throughout the night including:

Our wandering spirits will be around serving bubbles on arrival, and we will operate our usual BYOB with a bar service - bring your favourite tipple and your drinks will be labelled and stored safely behind our bar by our team, ready to serve you whenever you need. A small selection of soft drinks and mixers will be provided. Please note **we do not sell alcohol at our venue.**

Cross our threshold into *The Séance* by accepting your fate with an oracle card - a message from the spirit realm meant for you and one other person only - can you find the person who received the same divine guidance as you?

Throughout the night, use this card as a talking point, a way to connect not just to your spirit guides but to other members of *The Séance.* Only one other person received the same card as you, can you find who they are? Perhaps there is a reason for your connection on the night the veil is thinnest?

As you’re directed upstairs to the second floor, you’ll be invited to first either change into your evening’s attire, check your coats and bags at the cloakroom or deposit your drinks at the bar. You’ll then be greeted with a crisp glass of fizz and invited to explore further on the third floor, in the Sub in the City Dungeon.   

This evening invites you to get curious about your darker desires, whether you’re a regular guest or a newbie into this world, let us take you under our wing and unleash your kinkiest self.   

There will be music all night, with different vibes on each floor, interactive areas and chillout spaces.
